The C.F. Maier Group announces the acquisition of the renowned Jaksche Kunststofftechnik. With this strategic acquisition, C.F. Maier further expands its product portfolio and strengthens its position in a growing market.

As part of the transaction, both Jaksche Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in St. Andrä, Austria, and Jaksche Technology d.o.o., based in Aleksandrovac (Bosnia-Herzegovina), will be acquired.
